The most sure sign of a faker who has no creative ability, no talent, no inspiration, and no reason to even be working in the entertainment industry are the kind of people who are angry, unwilling, and hostile to the concept of sharing their ideas with other people who want to use them.

That symptom of our diseased entertainment industry in the USA can probably be addressed directly and reveal the other points of corruption that can totally purify the USA’s media culture if cleansed. There is a big difference between a multi-million dollar business using an artist’s work and a random internet person using an artist’s work, and that needs to be distinguished.

Now that I think about it, the other point of corruption immediately visible is anthropomorphizing corporations to think about them like they are people, most importantly attributing to them human rights. Corporations do not have human rights, and that is vitally important to understand in any interpretation of law. Corporations are not humans. They are entities. Humans may work there but they do not depend on the corporation, even if they are fooled into thinking they are. They can always go to another one, another one can form, a new business can be started, and a corporation can be dissolved with no significant impact on anyone’s personal life.

That problem can also be extended to the problem of people anthropomorphizing a national government like the USA. The USA government is not a human being, does not have human rights, and certainly has no life or feelings we need to be concerned about as significant compared to a biological organism. The same thing goes for the people who work there as was just written about corporations. If you think you need either of those things to be who you are, take the god damn teat out of your mouth and grow the fuck up. Be a human being. Mature into an individual, and do not depend on the people who operate that organized crime ring for your very identity or existence.

Back to the problem of creative content. I suspect this is attributed to the people who are responsible to a lot of the memes that were popular when that was popular culture. I think they felt like they were not being appreciated for coming up with the cleverness of a meme, and began corrupting all manner of internet exchanges to prevent content sharing. Just a guess. Memes are funny and entertaining sometimes, sure, but that is nothing compared to a work of art like a song, movie, book, painting, or game. So, those kinds of creations should not be considered with the kind of copywrite laws as formal works of art. This includes all manner of video clips, shared screenshots, downloaded images, and depending on the use— songs. That kind of creative work needs a different umbrella of law protecting it than professional artists like bands, actors, directors, writers, etc…

This is how I want it to be, and how I am suggesting people cooperate in the USA to make the law to be: if a creator of content online is not monetizing their creation, they do not need to worry about any sort of copywrite infringement. That is already true, but that needs to be clear. Now if a streamer or V-tuber online is professionally successful with their work online and uses other material then they need to credit the creators of the work they are using. That is all that is required, such as with a research paper when building off of other scholar’s ideas to state something new. Creative expression is very similar in that way.

Additionally, the original creators of that content should not be angry because their content is reaching a wider audience that way. They benefit from that sort of thing by increased recognition which in turn leads to more popularity, which is a spiritual currency very useful to an artist for creating more work. Popularity like that is not necessary, but fan support is incredibly important and helpful to the success of famous stars, which is why the most popular celebrities should always recognize their success as partially dependent on the support of their fans. This dynamic of energy as a resource is the basic, normal, and healthy form of idolatry.

In Japan popular people like this are called “Idols” in case you were not aware, and this is the correct term. Do not mistake that term with the negative connotation associated with ancient religion. However, you shouldn’t need to connect much to see how such normal, healthy enjoyment of popular people who are well loved by people they inspire and bring happiness to the lives of can become something else.

The most relevant concern of that happening concerns popular celebrities and a conspiracy to advance circumcision in the USA. In the USA, the Gentile is protected before the Jew. That is a permanent fact of our nation, culture, and is necessary for law and order to be maintained. That means that if a popular celebrity starts using their popularity from Hollywood to advance, in secret, an evil plan to “circumcise the world”, they will harm their fans, erode the trust in the community, and create a toxic environment for everyone. Such political and religious opinion is appropriate if those people are public about it, but if they are doing work that affects the public in secret… then they are corrupt and most likely doing evil. They will be found out because they are going to start losing all popular support since they arrogantly started believing their popularity was their own personal power and not shared with the population they inspire or bring happiness to.

I only mention that topic because that is what is happening in Hollywood. All the popularity those people were granted with is being channeled against the public to destroy the interests of the USA that protect the Gentile first and secure Freedom and Democracy. They are in fact destroying civilization itself and endangering all of humanity. If you protect the Jew first, the Gentile is destroyed or enslaved by the Jew. You can protect the Gentile without affecting the Jew at all which is why this dynamic is a one-way exchange requiring designated Jew territory in Israel as their place of belonging. The issue for survival is solely a Gentile concern—or human concern in reality— and is never a circumcised person concern. So make sure to correct someone if they think that.

Back to the topic at hand. All creators need to do for sharing content is credit the creator. Now, if a business is using someone else’s as part of their business, then that needs to be arranged with the creator. This is more like if a restaurant wants to have a popular song used in their advertisement because of the idea they have for a menu item. They need to get permission from the creator and pay them for the appropriate use of their work in terms both find agreeable. It doesn’t need to be standard or defined in any particular way. This is a very subjective form of agreement, and depending on the business and artist the terms could be very different, so do not make a standard other requiring a signed business agreement as a legal contract.

Now for something that may seem a little gray. Consider my official website for the business Way Walker Industries. I occasionally post media that share from other forms of media that I enjoy and want to share with other people who I believe would also enjoy it. This is the same as the individual creator identified above, and usually the work is credited in some way or trade marked automatically. In any case, it’s not a problem. I’m not claiming their work is my own, nor am I monetizing their work.

Now. Way Walker Industries is a non-traditional business. This is not like Amazon, Google, or Microsoft, all of which are relatively non-traditional too. Way Walker Industries has a nexus that is entirely empty. Its central node is what I call the unknown variable. That’s what this website is. I do whatever here. Change stuff all the time if that’s what I feel like doing. There are no services you can come to this website to benefit from, but you can find a portal to go where those services are. There is nothing here that is my business other than my personal work as a client of my own business. So… that’s not the same thing.

Also, when I use a song, I buy the mp3 download first, and when I use it, it is in a creative expression of writing for people to enjoy, like this one. Just because it is informative, helpful, and useful for teaching does not mean that I am not intending to create something entertaining, artistic, and enjoyable, because I am. These concepts are too important to veil in a fiction story to be subjective to the audience’s interpretation. I am leaving no room for subjectivity in meaning and being as clear and direct as possible as to my intent for the work’s purpose to inspire action.

My business is also different in how the form of its location of products, services, and place of business is, because of how young my business is. That concept is going to change as I gain more clients, offer more service, gain partners, teammates, and collaborators and begin growing into something more traditional. When that happens I will be doing the usual thing that businesses do like the restaurant is supposed to.

Here is the thing though: I CANNOT EVEN CONTACT OTHER CREATORS OR ARTISTS!!! I CANNOT EVEN CONTACT PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATIONS!!! I CANNOT USE ANY CIVIL SERVICES AS A BUSINESS!!!

Why? I don’t know. They just never respond to my totally normal, professional business inquiries. They totally ignore me. I don’t know what is happening. I don’t know if they are even getting my communications or if there is some massive conspiracy where everyone has decided to pretend I don’t exist and ignores everything I write to them directly which they read as managers, business owners, and professionals. I find it very rude, offensive, and it does in fact bother me, because I deserve better than that, and I want every person in this nation to have more respect than they are giving me, especially immigrants who come here for a new life.

So, its not like I can even engage in any business agreements with any other creators because they all ignore me. I can’t work with Idea Factory and suggest an idea because they won’t even reply to me. I can’t talk to a news station about what I have to say because they won’t reply to me. I can’t hire a lawyer to help me with the criminal abuse against my human rights because none will have a consultation with me, even though the Oregon Bar refers me to them. It’s horrible. I am least concerned about PlayStation because they are most rude to me out of everyone in the entire world and I intend to teach them some manners and discipline befitting all human beings.

Do you know what “professionals” do to me? They act like children gossiping and pulling pranks to try and insult me. They do nothing to acknowledge my work, respect me as a professional, or even confront me with their antagonism, hatred, and insult. They use all their privilege, riches, and popularity to do all sorts of schemes with technology and resources I do not have access to and are criminally hostile to my business interests. I intend to do something about that as well, but again… if I can’t ever get a reply from anyone or even acknowledged as an existing human being with human rights and an individual citizen then… well I’m not sure what to do yet. It’s a very strange problem of tyranny I never expected to have to confront in a nation like the USA.

How many of you popular “stars” have gone in disguise around me, tried to do something to inconvenience my life, or done some sort of cruel prank to amuse yourselves at my expense? You people are slugs that stick to a damp cave and glow, thinking you are stars. That is totally fine for a slug to do and quite amazing to see in nature, but not acceptable for human beings of such popularity.

In any case… what else do I need to say about copywrite?

Here— if there is a problem first the creator needs to contact the person they think is a problem and make known what the issue is. Then if the person they think is violating some copywrite does not acknowledge and accommodate their concerns, then they can take legal action, but first they need to say something and allow it to be corrected because this kind of issue is insignificantly trivial as a legal concern.

Seriously. Let me break a couple of your fingers first and then tell me that someone sharing an image on the internet they copy and paste is a significant problem. Let me poison your food so you get sick first and then tell me that sharing a Youtube video was a copywrite problem. How about I break into your home and kill your entire family?

Those are concerns you damn fool! That is the kind of stuff law exists for. It is not a tool for schemers, criminals, corrupt politicians, and fools to conspire with to try and scam people, make money, and get some advantage in society.

There is an exception when legal action would be appropriate as a first step, and that is when the offender is one that most certainly should have known better because of the scale of their business. Like… if Google makes a copywrite violation against an individual artist— that is different. They should not be anywhere close to making a mistake like that, because a company of that kind of value should be making a lot of effort to give money out for everything they reasonably can. That concept of social and economic power differential is very significant in legal matters. The action of a tyrant former president like Trump bullying, antagonizing, stalking, and terrorizing me as an individual person is a grave crime against humanity because of the difference between our social status. The crime of him threatening my business is another grave crime because of our difference in economic status. The inhumanity of his actions that violate my human rights is another grave crime because of the differential between an individual citizen and the president or former president. All those things are different crimes, and all of them are among the worst possible crimes that could happen. Better to be murdered in cold blood after torture than have done what he has been doing to me.

I don’t know how to get help for this, but I will find a way. Faith in the Most High can only do so much, because as I said elsewhere, give Caesar what is Caesar’s, and let humans be humans. God is most unwilling to get involved in human affairs because the entire purpose of humanity is for us to live by our own will, solve our problems, and do what is good, righteous, and justice on our own without God. So… since I can’t get an attorney and I made a police report but nothing came of it… I don’t know what the heck to do yet… one of these days though… the public is going to learn about what I am writing here and now, and the situation is going to take a drastic and devastating change for the USA’s political government.

…. afterthought… in regard to Hollywood, there was some kerfuffle around the time that the oppression so hostile to my individual person started concerning the embarrassment that the “Me Too” movement was. Filthy, god damn, vile whores!!! Anyway, they tried to defame and destroy the reputation of a popular director by the name of Harvey Weinstein. As far as I can sense, he is a good one. He probably is aware of the Jewish faith and understands the truth, which is why he was able to have such a successful career with movies without offending people in weird ways that are hard to explain. Also, because the “Me Too” movement was a horrible statement of vanity, arrogance, inhumanity, and hypocrisy of the most privileged people in the entire world complaining when they have everything better than everyone else… he probably did nothing wrong simply because that was so immoral and corrupt as a social movement.

This spiritual awareness of mine where I know you in the ways I do and communicate with you, is a power of natural defense I developed as a result of the hostility I have been facing. It is normal in human nature, but I think the extent that I have needed to adapt the use to defend myself against the evil of tyrants in politics, media, and big business is new territory. The type of power is ancient, but the application, manner of experiencing, and possibilities with technology are unprecedented.
