What is Common Sense?

Common sense is what is known without needing to explain why or how you know something to be true or good.

Common sense is known by all people without needing words for their own minds.

When people who are lawless abuse written definitions of law and information to manipulate the meaning for something that they think cannot be explained because it is only known by common sense, they are wrong. Common sense can be explained. It is simply so basic, so universal, so well understood by all people, that none have taken the time to explain something everyone already knows and understoods. They have not wasted their time.

Then when common sense is made into clear language and proves the lawless criminals evil and wrong, everyone knows that those criminals should have known better than to do what they did, and have legal justification to put them to death for such a betrayal of common trust regardless of whatever crime they did.

The act of betraying common sense is a more serious crime than whatever evil they wanted to get away with.

That is common sense, and it is the knowledge of good and evil.
