Our New Immigration Policy
This policy is not designed with immigrants from a foreign nation in mind, it is designed for natural born citizens as the requirements of the public school system up until high school. However, while thinking about it, I realized it would suffice for an immagration policy if I did a few modifications, so here that is:
The First Gate:
This will be a requirement to be admitted into high school. You have to pass this assignment too or you will do the eighth grade over again as many times as it takes until you get the picture. That better not happen to anyone, and if it does, ensure you talk to them, offer private instruction, and whatever resources necessary to give them another chance before making the final decision on the assignment.
Explain the responsibility of citizenship in the USA.
This is important because there is a responsibility in civilization in general that all people have to each other. Citizenship in the USA means that you live in a free civilization, which means there is a lot of chaos, which means a lot of destruction, creation, unexpected events, and surprises all the time. That is normal, but it requires work to respond to and keep everything important together and functioning while that happens. That is the first part of that question: what is your responsibility as human being in civilization to everyone else. Hint: this is why we have laws and enforce them.
The second part of that question is why Freedom and Democracy are uniquely important as a form of government because of how the relationship between the citizens and the government is ordered with citizens having more authority than the government. We accept what the government does because of the authority we trust to it under the conditions of their assigned duties, but if push comes to shove, the citizens have the keys, the pants, and the gun, and the government has nothing.
Teachers may need to explain these things in a more accessible way. I’m shooting from the hip here. Basically, the question is, what does it mean to be a part of a civilization and what does it mean to have a government. What are you supposed to do about those no matter how old you are, because like it or not, there is no going around them.
That is a pass or fail assignment.
The Second Gate:
Define good and evil. What is good, and what is evil, and why. This can be done in a variety of ways. More creative options are available that include writing stories, myths, and inventing religious concepts for yourself, and using whatever is necessary to explain how you understand those, to include using preexisting ideas that will be available. Nobody better fail this either. I explained that elsewhere, but basically if you do not know the answer, then explain why you do not know the answer, and what you may need if you are to know the answer. It is fine to not truly understand something like that even though you learned it.
This is a requirement for high school graduation. Same thing as before.
The Third Gate:
This gate is hidden and mysterious and you do not need to go through it. However! …if you will ascend to the highest levels of citizenship responsibility, and be on par with me who wrote all this as a civil responsibility in a time of disaster, then you will need to find this third gate and pass through it. It will always be different, there may be clues, guides, teachers, and help looking for it, but you alone will know when you find it and pass it, and when you do you will be recognized by whoever is the authority of that gate at the time and given a seal of approval as having passed the Third Gate. It will not be easy like the first two.
You only need to do each of these once as applicable.
Now, this applies to immigration, because those are the two requirements for citizenship from a foreign nation. You do not have to forsake your homeland, give up allegiance to your own nation, or do any such thing like that. Loyalty is not required in the USA. That is what Freedom is about. Everybody does what they are supposed to do because they want to, and nobody is forced to do anything. If you don’t want to work anymore, you do not have to. Leave your job respectfully if possible and do whatever.
If things go as they should, there should be plenty of resources to make life livable and reasonably comfortable without needing to work or work much, you won’t be catered to, but all people in a civilization are entitled, yes etitled, to receive the basic needs to live a life in that civilization. Those needs are to be provided to everyone, and if you want to help make that possible by doing a share of the work, everyone will be grateful. Because those things are available, is why there is a responsibility as a citizen and member of a civilization.
You are all protected, all safe, all insured, and you can work, live, and be free, as long as you abide by the law and respect each other’s rights, which should not be too much to ask, but it’s necessary anyway so none of us have a choice about that. It’s either that or devolving to primitive tribes with anarchy as civilization fails. Civilization is good, yes? It is good because we make it good, and keep it good, and if you want the good stuff, you usually have to work for it, even if it is just a little bit each day.
Do not worry! People want to work! We do it of our own free will! Even the most menial jobs, because if you want to get to the top, you have to start somewhere. Most of us find our way up from the very bottom, or in my case from the bottom of the sea, where there is the hole at the bottom of the sea that I was in for some reason. I still want an answer for that btw, because there was a US government label on the restraints trying to keep me there.
Right, so prospective immigrants have to write their answers to the First and Second Gate and the same authorities that judge those answers for our natural born citizens will review those too in a timely manner.
Other than that, there are probably some other forms to fill out just to know your name and transfer records from your government to ours, but ideally that will be minimized for ease of labor, efficiency, and convenience. There should be no screening process to judge a person’s character, learn about their social life, or any personal details that are not already public. None of that is appropriate and it should not be happening. —— I see you and know what you are thinking over there Scrooge McDuck—- Do not try to manipulate or control or tinker with the population for economic reasons. That is a bad idea, it is arrogant, and having Freedom in the USA means everyone is welcome to be here if they want, or leave if they want. We cannot be allowed to prevent that without a very good reason, without at the same time undermining our own rights as citizens.
That is just how it has to be. You don’t need a job! If you want one, take one, make one, do one, but you will not need one to provide for your family, so you should not be worried. With the technological resources we have today, it should be relatively easy to develop a system of minimal labor that provides for more than enough with plenty to spare for other nations.
Money will still be useful and good for our capitalist economy if you want to buy everything that is being sold here, and that is the reason why most people probably want a job. I’m not concerned about taxes. Keep them the same or change them how you see fit but do not make me concerned so that I need to address the matter personally. Just make sure everything is paid for. Who pays how much is something politicians can argue about and I don’t want to get involved.
If I ever have enough money so that accounting financially for taxes become something I think about, then I may share my opinion on the subject. At this point, that doesn’t even register on my radar other than as part of “abiding”, so for everyone else like me, please continue to file your forms honestly.
(That’s how it works already isn’t it? You just give out money and people spend it and the world goes round? So keep doing that more or less, except eliminate work if you can. You do not need to make that appearance of doing something laborious if what the economy needs is you spending money and provides it anyway. Things should equalize if you account for the need, provide the need, and then maintain and care for all the economy of desires by determining minimum wage, and everything else. I don’t expect this economic shift to happen overnight. The point is, do not expect the citizen to provide for themselves. That is too much to ask and always has been. Do not worry about what other people do! Be concerned about what you do instead.)
That’s it. That’s our immigration policy. We still need a bureau to maintain all the data, keep track of all the claims, have agents to address concerns, and whatever else needs to be done. No immigrants need to be watched. None. That only becomes necessary under the same guidance that the Patriot Act is designed for, but shouldn’t be abused. Mainly, if you notice people are planning something because of the kind of information hits and whatever else there is that you do, then maybe take a look after careful consideration with the supervisor’s approval, but before you jump to any conclusions about a person, send a personal representative for the president herself (himself) to talk to them and learn the situation.
That’s all you have to do about that. Do not keep watching if that person comes back and tells you they are fine. However, if there is another hit and they come up on your radar again, then get a different person to talk to them, then have that person talk to the first person and then decide what to do. There should not be any problem with president personally having to attend to a citizen’s concerns at any time it is necessary. That should not be necessary often, only in the rarest cases, but if it is, do so because it is probably an important matter.
I don’t want to say anything more about that. I only want to protect the interests of immigrants who should not have to endure that without a reason. Whoever works that system should learn what happened to me, and avoid that. Make a good study of the situation. Only be concerned if they are immigrating from a place that does not have a national government, but do not go overboard or disrespect them! Just make a note maybe of where they came from and how that is uniquely relevant to them. All human beings are sensible enough people to know how to fit in on their own if they can pass the two gates.
As a matter of fact, have everyone working in Congress, the House of Representatives, the White House, and the Supreme Court, even the aides, custodians, cooks, cleaning crew, and whoever else is on that premises pass the Two Gates right now. They are the first ones! That means something later. First you have to do it and take no more than a day when you give the notice. Stop everything else you can and make that the day’s priority. Everyone should be able to come up with an answer they believe in. I will not review that, but you should maybe pass them around to each other the next day, and then maybe talk about it a bit. Do that, and you will all understand what all of you need to do on your own to make everything better.
When it is done, file it away and take good care of it. Maybe make it available for the public to read, with or without your names. Save that for tomorrow. If you make it public, publish it for donations, and save all those donations for a major celebration during the drafting of the final document. Anyone who wants a free copy should get one without a problem, but suggest a small donation of $5 or something in general to support the festivities where there will be a lot of stuff to enjoy without having to pay. Honor big donors during the party with a thanks or something. Idk… the party can be planned later by Hollywood, but those proceeds will be for that in addition to any others they are given.
The final document is essentially a public passing through the Two Gates for all citizens and immigrants already in the legacy process of becoming a citizen, and then make it work. Do not be difficult. All states and territories will sign that with at least one but no more than three representatives who are not government officials or have ever been employed in any way by the federal government, with the exception of public educators. Not even military veterans unless they are also teachers.
If we can get a vaccine for Covid done in record time, we can get something like this done in record time, but do not get ahead of yourselves. DO NOTHING UNTIL YOU YOURSELVES PASS THE TWO GATES! That happens first. Nothing will happen until that is complete.
